How do you get started?

A design retainer is for those individuals who need a professional to create design solutions. The retainer begins at $750.00 and is applied to the purchase of the cabinetry in the specified area. This may include (but not limited to) job site inspection and measurements, certified floor plans and perspective drawings, product selection and specification. Enhanced services also include project management and conceptual boards. For additional information, please request a Services Agreement form.

Not ready to commit and/or interested in Consulting Services?

The recommended initial on-site consultation provides up to 2 hours of consultation. We will review and discuss your wish list, design direction, and project requirements. Your investment range will be required at this time to assist us in providing you the project within your means. If you do not have one, we will review the reasons and conditions of your project and calculate an appropriate budget. There is a $250.00 professional fee for this consultation which is applied to the cost of your cabinetry purchase. No design work or plan is provided with this service. If you are not in the need of full design services, we offer consulting at a rate of $125.00 per hour via telephone, email/internet or one-on-one at the job site. Those that may benefit from consultation might be:

• If you already have plans and want an objective opinion from a Certified Professional
• Need guidance calculating allowances and overall budget
• In search of cost savings ideas
• Have a great local cabinet maker that lacks creative ideas
• Need references of trusted and credible product suppliers or contractors/builders
